Pick Up / Shipping Policy / Store Policy

Hey #LovelyGirl our business hours are from 8am-8pm everyday. Yes we do have hair on hand. We are cashless so all orders must be placed online. If cash is urgent give us a call! 

MUST HAVE A VALID ID AND CARD TO MATCH THE ORDER; IN ORDER TO PICK UP OR SHIP OUT ANY ORDERS!!!! NO EXCEPTIONS!!! When purchasing you will be able to select a pick up date and time that fits your schedule and we will text you with your temporary lockbox code the day of your pick up. If you’d like to pick up earlier than your pick up date, please don’t hesitate to call us at the number above. Our address is 1400 Jefferson St. Please be aware we have up to a 1hr-4hr time frame to fulfill your order. We do close at 8pm!! However if you place your order after hours and someone is available we will be happy to assist.

You will receive a text from someone in our family with further after hour instructions. PLEASE AFTER 8PM, NO CALLS THEY WILL NOT BE ANSWERED. IF NO ONE IS AVAILABLE TO ACCOMMODATE YOUR ORDER, IT WILL BE READY FOR PICK UP AT 8AM!!! All contact will go through 615-403-6613 

 

Orders purchased online for pick up and never picked up: All ordered products will go back into our inventory database after 3 months. There are NO REFUNDS after holding items for 3 months without the proper communication. We will reach out twice and after that we will not reach out again pertaining to the order. 

Shipping Policy

We take pride in our fast shipping service that ensures your order arrives promptly. We ship out either same day or next day depending on demand. Shop with confidence and receive your items either overnight or standard 2-3 days at the max. At check out shipping time will display a week. We say that just in case a tragic accident happens that is out of our control. We want to ensure your items will take no longer than that.

All orders will need to be confirmed via text. We will text you from 615-403-6613 to confirm orders. You will receive a text after you have purchased and before we ship out.
