Hi love, thank you so much for your feedback! We definitely want you to enjoy your bundles and also want to share some helpful education so you know what to expect with Brazilian 12A extensions.

Just like natural hair, extensions can vary in how they hold curls depending on the texture, styling method, and maintenance. Brazilian hair is known for its soft and silky strands, which gives a beautiful sleek look but also means curls don’t stay as tight or long-lasting as they might with coarser textures. After a few days, it’s normal for curls to loosen, especially if the hair isn’t re-set with flexi rods, pin curls, or a light holding product at night.

When washing or soaking the hair, the natural texture you see afterwards will depend on how the hair was originally processed. Since these are straight/silky bundles, they will not revert back to a deep curl pattern after being wet—only steam-curled hair will do that, and even those curls can soften over time.

To keep your curls longer, we recommend:
• Using a lightweight mousse or setting spray when curling.
• Pinning curls to cool before releasing.
• Wrapping or rolling the hair at night with a silk bonnet/scarf.
